Just a few recent pics using the RK24 to start off this mundane Monday.

Used it last night to unload some 10ft treated 6x6's. Was just about at the limit. Even with 600# of ballast box, it was still a little light in the back end.
Luckily, only had to go to the bottom of the driveway with it. Not sure how much it all weighed. The loader would still (slowly) lift it all, but it wouldn't curl.

A pic from last week, washing off old retaining wall blocks.
Just thought this was a neat picture with all the blocks lined up in the bucket.
Anyone else get satisfaction from simple things like this?

A quick (almost laughable) test of my homemade ripper the other night. Root was about 2in diameter. Snapped like a toothpick.
Yeah I know, hardly a test, but currently I'm out of stumps on my property that need ripped out and have to wait to get to a friends place to really test it out.

First pic heck of load.
Tractor with attachments sure makes project whole lot easier. ;)

That is a bit strange from my experience. Usually the curl is the stronger of the lift at least with all my tractors. Sometimes if the load it too much to lift, you can clear the ground by curling the bucket.

That's what I thought too. My guess is it had to do with the geometry and how far the weight was out in front of the pivot pins.

Nice ripper.

I cannot understand why someone in the attachment business does not produce a root ripper and a bucket spade with SSQA FEL connection for those without Backhoes.

I have a clamp on Bucket Spade which has exceeded my expectations.

I recently purchased a SSQA Rylee Root Ripper for taking out junk trees to 4". I may have over reached. Rylee may be too much for my tractor FEL hydraulics. Soil here is dry and hard now. Waiting on rain for further experience with the Rylee Root Ripper.

I think you hit the nail on the head. That Rylee seems better suited for a skidsteer than a CUT.
