Ive seen a lot slide with a VA farm tag, no lights and just reflective tape is what I was hinting at. Who knows how long this guy was riding around unchecked. Look closely at the rear tag holder....

I like how the reporter thought those FARM USE tags were 'homemade' - here in VA we can pick them up in just about any TSC or RK for about $2/each. VA is fairly ag friendly.
