Glad to be here with you:cool2:. I have spent a few years on another forum that was labeled a trash talker forum:confused2:, gets rough there but is plenty of fun.
I was raised on a farm in upstate NY, am now 50 years old and am planing on getting back into ag slowly. My 2305 Deere is not really a farm tractor I guess. Planing on buying an older ford to start playing with this year, had a Fergusun 35 Diesel for a few years but sold it, sure was a nice little rig.
Working on pricing now for a new barn right now, about a 40 x 64 x 12 I think. Pricing a Morton barn for a benchmark to start, will see how close they are to what I want to pay. Quality and looks matter more than a really cheap price. Hate the looks of the cheapo's. Also going to contact general steel about an all steel barn, no idea if they are reasonable. Some local companies have pricing on their web sites. Anyonje have any experience with Morton or another company they would recommend?
Well I look forward to chating with you soon.
