Hello from Athens, Georgia

Bought my '74 Ford 2000 back in 1987 when my wife and I bought our 15 acres and started building our house and small farm. At $3,500 for it and a Bush Hog Brand mower, a 5 ft blade and an all purpose plow, still consider it the best buy I ever made. It's been a real work horse, diggin post holes, driving posts, plowing and bush hogging and landscaping. I love it!!! I've built two barns and me and my wife pretty much built our house back in 88-89. But I've got one more big project to do and that is building a 40X40 pole barn in which to work on my old Buicks in. I'm 63 and me and the tractor are beginning to show our age hence my being here and asking some repair questions. I may find a place to share the build of my new barn also. Look forward to getting to know you all.

Well, I've got a fantastic idea. Why don't we all plan to meet up at our place.... on Dec. 14th. The day I have planned for setting the 40 ft trusses....... :laughing:
