I found this site this morning and read some posts and replies. It looks like a great site and source of good information. I have lived on a ranch most of my adult life and much of it as a single mom. My son went off to college and is now married to a wonderful gal.
I know just enough to be really dangerous on equipment, but have managed to keep some antique tractors running through the years; Bessie a temperamental JD 60 with Farmhand, and a JD320 hoe. I recently had the pleasure or retiring the antiquers and use a 2006 New Holland with blower. What a dream it has been, but the dream just got real as you may see my post in the NH operation forum.
By the way if someone is interested in either of my antiques in Colorado, let me know, I'll make you a heck of a deal. They run well, Bessie has a rebuilt block and PTO and is in great working condition. The back hoe runs and leaks and squeaks, and maybe only good for parts...don't know for sure.
Thanks for having such a great site for people to come to.
