Welcome sir. (I think) (It's hard to tell from your profile but I will make a guess.)
I am also from Illinois when not away on an assignment in some other state or country. Not to be critical here but asking if we can identify something without a picture or even the briefest of descriptions is not going to work. That is more like a game to see if we can guess what it is. I would suspect there are some veritable experts on here that have seen about every type of equipment so throw a picture up and let's see what it is.

I believe that you have a minimum post count before you can attach pictures. To add pictures go the advanced option and then follow instructions.
