Hi and thank you for adding me. I bought a used tc18 tractor with a custom ordered yannmar about three years ago for snow removal and building my house. Since then it's been through a lot! About 6 months after I bought it my son borrowed it to do some work at his grandma's. 15 minutes after he left I got a call he was in an accident from his mom who was following (accident happened in front of him and everyone slammed on the brakes) As I got on the seen, I saw how bad it was. His truck was totaled, along with the car he hit, and the truck in front of that, the V10 was half way under the cab, the tractor broke loose, 3 D rings failed, 3 pulled out, and two held to the 14 Gage plate floor that tore like a can opener. The front bucket bent when it hit the truck bumper, flipped end over, and over the truck (chains broke the back window and hit the roof still attached to the tractor) and landed in the middle of the expressway between all the cars. At a solid 70 mph impact somehow no one was seriously hurt, only a few scratches. The tractor came out with a bent bucket, a small dent in the hood, and a bent rear rim. When I picked it up from the impound, it started right up (after checking it out) and drove it on a trailer. A testimony of how well a New Holland is made? Almost 300 hours later and still going strong! Wish I could say the same... Now disabled, I need it more than ever.
