Hi,
I live on a small farm in Southern Illinois, and I currently own a 1969 Ford 4000. I bought the tractor almost 5 years ago and it's been a great tractor. Other than a tune up, the most significant repair has been replacing the fuel shut-off valve--pretty good for a tractor that's getting close to 50 years old. Nevertheless, at some point in the next few years I'd like to buy a new (to me) tractor, so I thought I'd join this forum to get some ideas--and just listen to folks talk tractors, which is always nice.
