So my 1st post is an urgent cry for help and I thought I'd probably introduce myself so I'm not just using everyone here.


Hello from PA. I'm Julie. My husband and I have an 82acre farm that we have owned for a couple years...flipping back and forth with different projects.

We recently bought a brand new 2019 Branson 7845c...and are constantly reminded of why we never buy new stuff, which is what led me here after we did the 1st service and ran into problems. I love it but it sure has its breaking in hiccups and we dont have the time to be down.

I'm in beaver pa, went with kioti from up in grove city, been a great tractor, 15 months old now and 335 hours. Gonna try haying later this week...35hp tractor, should be interesting!

I pass through SW PA to get to our ohio farm.

See your tractor is new, let dealer deal with warrenty stuff. But it does get frustrating when things break. Lots of good help here.

Thanks...I cant afford to have the tractor hauled in for the servicing though and they dont make farm calls. As long as I buy the products from him for the servicing, I am told it's on record and okay.

Already had to use the warranty once for lift arm replacements...they used the wrong ones at the factory and no one believed me. Finally the rep once the dealer showed pics understood.

Near California, Pa.
We got the Branson from Morris Machinery near Ruff Creek,pa. He sells zetor, Branson, and gravely machines. We were looking at a TYM and that's what took me to him but he was phasing out of TYM because he was having trouble with them honoring warranties so he showed us Branson.
We like the machine, but every time we run into a problem we ask ourselves "why did we buy brand new". We arent buy new people but financing is tough on old and you get a better payment with new unfortunately.

Rick and his crew seem like good people there. I've enjoyed talking to all of them and they are helpful, although seem to know not as much about our Branson because it literally was one of the 1st off the 2019 line so we are working through issues together.
