hello from Texas I have a New Holland compact tractor for 1925

I have a New Holland compact tractor for 1925 3 cylinder diesel I am getting fuel to the pump but will not stay running ! bad injector's? or bad pump? will not run over 1000 rpm then dies.

Getting fuel to the pump, how about to the injectors? Is there a filter between the pump and injectors?

no filter between pump and injectors unless it is in the pump. I will crack the nuts on the injectors today to see if fuel is getting that far!

Check to be sure fuel return line back to tank isn't plugged. Have cleaned/changed fuel filter??

yes did not have the problem until I changed the fuel filter and bled the line to the pump.

Sounds like an air leak to me...
I have changed the filter on my 1720 many times before and sometimes I would need to purge the air out of the system with the air purge screw...

Yes it has been up and running for a while now I put seafoam in the tank and it cleaned a lot of slim out of it had to change filter again
