Got a 3038e myself. Nice CUT. Mine's got about 200 hours on it so far and has proven very reliable. Only issue was my fault... I did not check the tightness of the bolts holding the rear wheels on... And one almost fell off. Get out your wrench and tighten down on the wheel bolts - all four wheels. Only other issue is the narrowness of the tractor - it can tip if you run across a slope. Be extra careful anytime you hit a slope and slow down. And keep your seatbelt on any time you are using the FEL or on uneven ground.
But you'll have a lot of fun with the tractor. I am.
