You should have an electric pump on that machine. Fill your tank, leave the key on for about a minute, then crank for about 30 seconds. Generally it will start on the first or second go around. If not wait a few minutes & crank for another 30. Give a break in between to let the starter cool. You can also loosen the injector lines at the injectors if needed, but they're kinda tough to get to.
Then don't let it run out of fuel again.
