I started the last part of my 50 hour service today and I really messed up on this part.
See Photo:
A: Hydro transmission oil filter removed (no problem)
Looking at the Kubota manual an the picture shows the transmission drain plug under the filter. There are two large bolts where the picture shows the drain plug that did not make sense. (I'm a visual learner)
B: I filgured what harm to remove plug B in picture next to removed filter. A little fluid drained out and I thought not the plug, but did get a little extra fluid out, since the all seemed to lead to each other.
C: With no harm done on B: I move to C: I noticed a spring that shot out and said to my self, "Oh ****"
I picked op the screen from the oil pan, pushed/ quided it back into the hole and replaced the bolt. Concerned I looked over my manuals and couldn't find if I replaced this correctly. I got to thinking I better look at the oil pan a I noiced a metal ball bearing and I "Oh ****" again.
