Help...Bommer 1630 Issues...battle with NH!

Bought a 1630 Boomer (one of the first guys), love it...but...after 123hrs in less than 2 years, the rod went through block and they replaced engine on warr, said it was a DEFECTIVE engine....

New engine, went for 170hrs less than 1.5 years, rod went through block yet again...same problem.. Had it inspected, by reputable mechanics...nuts let go on the rod caps, SHOULDNT HAPPEN...DEFECTIVE ENGINE..they all tell me. Well thats what I told NH...3 engines in 304 hours...c'mon guys...gave them the story....

Without even looking at it...they declined any customer service...too old they say (warranty expired July last year...tractor died November), cant help. Local dealer is fighting for me, but we need ammo!!!! He recalls issues with these tractors, but he has no documentation, and NH will not supply any (why would they right?)

So Im asking you guys...help...I need any...and I mean any problems you have had with this "Boomer" no mater what series. The battle is on, and short of soon filing a law suit, I would like to handle this without making too much of a stink. I just want NH to fix the problem. Stand behind there product. I am just a little guy...but so what?

I hate to say it but call your lawyer. New Holland listens real quick when this happens. You have a documented problem. A lawyer will have fun with this one.

Yeah its called belt tightening and trying to show a profit for the share holders. Warranty is a big place that they can save. Becasue when denied by New Holland a lot of the dealers cover it themselves to keep there customer happy.

My TC33D New Holland broke in Half. I got the same thing from New Holland( Out of Warranty no need to look at it). Motor are not suppose to blow every every one and a half years. Tractor are not suppose to break in half in or out of warranty.
