Found these numbers on the outside of the transmission casing. They don't seem to match any of the ones listed above. Any ideas about year model?

Thats not the serial. Its on top of the transmission casting about 2 inched back from the shifter. It will be a slightly raised rectangle. The numbers are inside of it. Might need to be wire brushed to see the numbers.

Its serial #B120353. So that makes it a 1952 model.

This is a great site!

I've been visiting regularly for several years now and it never ceases to amaze me how much knowledge there is out there and how quickly it is exchanged. I'm sure that the OP could have gotten to the same place by a lot of on-line 'digging' but we are truly blessed to have this 'community' to learn from. Well done.
