Help Identifying BCS tiller model

I have an older BCS with the ACME 10HP engine. This is a closeup of the tranny with the stamped info on it. However, I can't figure out what it is telling me! TIA. What do I have?

A picture of the overall machine, especially the gear shift lever/pattern and handlebar controls will help much more than those markings. I'm sure they meant something to someone, probably in Italy, but the controls will give us a lot better idea.
