Only parts I see that you can easily "rebuild" are the o-rings. They are common inch rings. Just measure the thickness and OD.
The spools are precision lapped to the bores. If they are worn, you are better off replacing the control. You can have them re-fitted, but it's a VERY expensive operation. Involves plating metal and then machining operations. Only justified when you can't get a new valve.
