Help identifying JD part

I found a piece of hard black plastic. It's round with a hole in the top. It has made in canada stamped on it. The part # is W45790 It also has JD stampd on it . It also has 4 letters, which may read HDPE, I'm not positive of the four letters.
I have a JD 4310 gear tractor with the e-power reverser. Any guess what it could be?

I would think HDPE is just the code for the type of plastic it is. High density polyethylene.

Look at the top of a 5 gal. of hydraulic fluid container May have 2 of same items.

I was looking for a couple John Deere W 45790 parts, when I came across your request for help. That part is a grommet, and it goes into a small hole (approximately 1"), in the top of the large cast iron frame supports for the front loader on John Deere tractors. The hole is very near the top of the supports, on both sides of the tractor, just about the same level as the steering wheel. Those supports are commonly used as a grab point, when mounting or dismounting the tractor. As such, they easily get knocked loose. Not sure what the grommet is meant to protect (wire, rod, or device?). On our tractor, it just rested in the hole and protected the paint. Let me know if you need a photo.
