Help installing clutch on Agracat 3720

I have a friend with a 1998 Agracat 3720 Magnum. He bought it used, and not to much later the clutch went out. He sent the clutch off to be rebuilt. How do we re-install the clutch? How do we go about lining everything up? We are also looking for any and all information over this tractor. Thanks Alot. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
