Help me find a signature-"Hate is..."

One of our members has a signature with a very good definition of "Hate".

My memory is so bad I can't remember the definition or the member's name and I was trying to remember it to tell it to a person who is so full of hate that they need some words to consider.

Or something like that. I think it's pretty spot on.

I year you on memory. If my memory is correct I had "Hate is like taking poison and wishing your enemy would die" as part of my signature for a while. I think I got it from the "Wolves Within" fable (which I heard somewhere and sent it to my email account as a text at 22:03 Eastern on 21 Mar 2010)
It looks like milkman currently has that quote in his sig.

I first heard that quote over a decade ago when I actually hated a couple of people and could not rest until I got my revenge. After hearing that quote, and with the millennium at hand, I vowed to never hate another person for my New Millennium's vow. I am a lot more at ease with myself now and wish I had heard and paid attention to that quote many years ago.

Seeing that quote on TBN again reminded me of it and what a change it made in my life. I do not like to preach to anyone, but if you have a pent up hate for someone and decide to just let it go, you will feel much more relaxed and enjoy life more. :thumbsup:
