Help me find *good* snow brush / ice scraper

Busted another one this morning.

I'm tired of buying junk. Help me find one that won't break. Prefer telescoping for added reach on wife's SUV.

I'd happily spend $100 if it comes with a lifetime warranty (and a reasonable expectation that I'd never have to use it) - perhaps a business opportunity...

I was going to suggest looking at a truckstop, or an RV supply place. Maybe even check with a company that does windows on sky scrapers (they should be able to tell you where you can get extendable handles). Being from the south, we don't have much need for that stuff down here, good luck with your search. Fire department may have something like that, but maybe not, they park inside in a heated garage.

I usually buy the ones that are about 3' long at Wally world or the local auto parts store for use on my 3/4T and the wifes SUV. The ones I get have a brush on one end and scraper on the other and have a foam rubber grip. I've never had a problem reaching past the midpoint of the windshield with them. They are cheap and I get a couple years use out of them.
I start with a soft bristle push broom with a 6' handle for removing the first few inches of snow off the vehicles. I tried the telescoping type but the cheap aluminum bends after a couple uses and they ended up in the trash.
