Am I am lucky... unlucky? mom and dad are gone now. own a 45 acre farm with two sisters. i surveyed off the old home (4 acres) place with a large bank barn and machine shed plus a few other outbuidings for house rental propently Taxes maintenance tbd
d). $600.00 a month rent goes into the trust fund until finalizes. We have 5000,000 homes being build all around us, I can barely pay monthly bills for electric, fuel, food, etc. my story is like a old county song.... moma finally got run over by a train. We own a share of a large 36 hole golf course that borders the farm and power to vote in who controls the operation. Building all arounding us with big $$$. My right testical was recently removed and replaced, someone in a new red car just plowed thru my board fence and i can't lift anything to fix it.... car destroyed 100 feet of fence two years ago with cows in the field... no insurance calls. car takes out two board fence (two post and 5 boards) Allstate calls and gives unfull information. PS... I can control the shot from my shotguns.

I am having one of those days... never did a 15,000 mile checkup on the car or 30,000, or 60,000, or 90,000 on a 2003 toyota. 1994 ford Truck has 87,000 and has the origanal trans fluid in it, 1989 toyota corolla has 119,000 miles with original trans fluid in it without 15/30/90 mile service. Never did a 50 hr service on the kubota trans or a 300 hr service, I do change the oil frequently. Hyrdra Fluid looks clear and clean on the kubota and at $80.00 a pop for 5 gals. I may be a domb S*** but i just am not going to craw under the kubota in the winter. If something breaks in the furture, i figure i am ahead by not spending $1,000 plus on each vehicle in preventative maintenance
