Help needed, 2 bottom Case plow

So, I have broke two parts on my plow and need to identify the model and hopefully find some parts. Part reads T1207. I attached pictures of the unknown case plow nad the part.

Do you see any serial tags on it? The part in the second picture attaches to the turning shaft up near the tractor. I am not sure of its purpose but it looks like a stop of some kind. I've never dealt with a plow like this before.

I looked it over really good. No serial number or model number that I can find. What is left of one sticker mentions to block the implement up when unhooking it. The other is what is left of the Case name and where it was made. The picture in the middle you can see the keystock wedged and broke the hub. You can see where it attached in the first picture ( i squirted the springs with wd-40). The chain hooks to the rod in the senter of those springs then to a geat that rotates the plow over. I would have welded it already if it wasn't cast.

You can weld Cast iron with special rod and heat the cast iron up, or Braze it.
I prefer brazing.
