Help... No Glow Plug Light on T293

Ok, went to start the tractor and the glow plug light never came on. I am thinking it is the timer relay but I can't find a good part number. Can anyone help me her and any troubleshooting tips to pinpoint if it is the timer?

I'd probably start by seeing if the glow plugs are actually getting power. It would be really bad to buy a new relay and find out you have a bad lamp.

When the lamp went on Sunday the engine started right up, no issue. Monday no lamp and start. I am thinking of hot wiring the glow plugs to see if I can get it to start. I figure if I put power to the glow plug bus bar for 15 seconds and then crank it, if it starts the plugs are good. Thoughts?

Update: I put power to the glow plug bus bar for 15 seconds and then crank it, it started right up so I assume the plugs are good. The Glow Plug lam even came on. It really is looking like the timer. Now just need to find one.

Jump for joy, it works. Thanks to the great folks at Trails West Tractor in Benson AZ I learned that there is a relay attached to the battery hold down that powers the glow plug. This relay is prone to failure and or the contacts get dirty and a good cleaning solves the problem. Why put this electrical device in a very hostile enviroment I will never know. Just for a quick check I pulled the relay off and plugged it back in and presto... I have working glow plugs. They also helped me on a fix for other issues I am having and have threads for those so will post the repairs when done.
