Help please- 3016 that won’t go forward or back ?

Looking yo pickup a local 2013 mahindra 3016 that only has 250hr

only used for the finish mower, stored in barn, very very clean

owner doesn’t know much mechanically, it was his wife’s

it was backing up in reverse out of the barn when he heard a noise and it wouldn’t move forward or back?

any idea what this could be? It starts perfectly and sounds just as good. Hydraulic loader moves just fine

thanks for assistance, I have to pickup in the AM early if I get it, but want to see what I’m getting into.

Is this a 3016 gear or a 3016 HST?
Can you describe the noise/where it seemed to come from?
Is it in 4wd?
Is the diff lock engaged?
