Big Al speaks the truth, I just had the radiator in my old 1990 Honda Civic repaired. For those keeping score, it was a self inflicted injury /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif It is plastic; the guy used some kind of a plastic welder. Not sure what it's called exactly. My guess is the ones that say it can't be done are the ones that have not invested in the equipment ir training. I'm no expert though, that's one reason I took it to the pros. Cost $45 if I remember right. Good luck with it, keep us posted!
