help with clutch repair

Hi, everyone
I have a mitsubishi beaver s-370 and Im about to split it apart and fix the clutch. Ive never done this before and I was hoping I could get some pointers or maybe things to watch out for. The cutch pedal feels like its doing absolutely nothing most of the time. Ive read on here that the clutch plate will stick if it has been setting for a while but will it fill like absolutely nothing when its pressed? I plan on replacing the clutch and pressure plate but i have a feeling theres something else wrong in there. anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance

Block the motor between the front axle & motor, so it won't flop. Put a jack under the front & floor jack under the back. Roll back half. If it is frozen the clutch lever will feel the same. If it is doing nothing you may have & bad throwot bearing & clutch diaghram.

You will need to take apart the hydraulic lines at the pump. keep things clean and don't lose the rubber seals. The starter bolts are a PITA. When you unbolt the pressure plate there are 2 shoulder bolts in it. make note of their location. The fork for the throw out bearing has a bolt with a pin end that needs backed out to remove it. Get a good wire wheel and clean everything up real good. I coated my splines with dry graphite to keep them from rusting up.

Thanks a lot for the help. I got it apart and found that the splines are bad on my main shaft. does anyone know where I can get one of these?
