Help with E-Mail Notifications in Junk Mail

Hello,

I have Apple Computers, a Laptop and a Desk Top, and I am having a problem with the Notifications from this Site going to Junk ! I also use G-Mail as my E-Mail Service, through the Apple Mail Program.

I have the TBN-Site's Contact info, "TractorByNet.com", in my contacts, I have a "Rule" designed to accept all Mail in Contacts, but still I am getting almost all of the Notification from the Site in Junk Mail; once in a while I get one to the In-Box.

What changed... I don't know, maybe the latest Updates, maybe the new Desk Top, I can not get this thing to do what I want with the e-mail. I have looked in each and every Apple Preference Setup Item, each and every Mail Preference Item, and I thought I had it but then back to the Junk Hole.

Is there a special address I need to add to Contacts to get my computer to accept all e-mail from this Site.

Apple doesn't know what is wrong, I am pulling out what hair I have left and am ready to throw out the Best Top.

Thanks for any help, I will still be working with Apple but lost so far !

Hmmm....... I, too, have an Apple computer. I have their latest OS update - Catalina 10.15.1. I would guess - you must keep digging down in your mail software. Somewhere there is a box that needs to be either clicked or un-clicked. I also receive all email in two places - in HughesNet Mail & in the Apple Mail program. I've gone thru Mojave and two or more upgrades and now Catalina and three upgrades - no problems with the mail service.

A thought - is your system, somehow, set up to accepts all incoming mail from TBN as junk mail. I would download an alternate email service and see how that works.

I have a similar issue. My mail service is Gmail but I use Thunderbird to access it. Thunderbird says it's aware of the problem and a fix is in the works but they don't say if they own the problem or it belongs to Gmail. The problem appears in Yahoo, Verizon, and AOL mail. Of course this still doesn't solve my problem but it may give you some insight. Software doesn't always play well together.

I have the same set-up and most notifications go to the in-box with the occasional one in the junk mail box, can't figure out why, but since they are very few I can live with it.
However it doesn't make any sense.
