help with pricing on a Kioti DK45SE

I took my 6 month old ck 35 to a dealer in central Illinois because of a leaking hst. It started leaking again in the first hour of use. He refused to work on it again!

That's not right! There are multiple dealers near me so I have some coverage in the unlikely event that is an issue.
