Purchased a used RCK60-24b to mount on my B7510HSD and I'm having trouble with the mid hanger on the left hand side rubbing a hose. Please see the picture, I'm not sure what that hose is for but it appears to come off the transmission and run to the back. Thanks

I don't have one handy to compare to but I would wonder if it is the original hose, or a replacement? Is it just out of place, hanger broke?

Hoses are used to absorb shock as well as they are the most economical was to get from point A and B and be flexible.

For some reason if it was the right hose, if it was in the best spot possible and it still is not clearing then I'd say the mower piece is wrong.

From there I'd look at the least agrivation! Can it be modified in a small way to clear?

Not sure if it is original, I purchased the tractor with 137 hours. I've requested parts diagrams, hopefully that will help me identify if it is correct. I've checked the diagrams for the mower and the parts appear to be correct.

I have the same mower deck and a b7500 and have the same issue. I have tried bending the tube that that hose connects into to get the 90 degree turn closer to the frame, that helped a little. I have also added some spacers between the frame mount and the orange bracket that was rubbing the hose. I also drilled and tapped the end of the rod that goes through the frame and added a bolt and washer to keep the orange bracket from walking off the rod. Let me know if you come up with a better solution. I think I also added a plastic cover over the hose to reduce the contact. I'll try to get some pictures.

Thanks Roy, at least I know my tractor isn't special
I'm leaning towards rewelding the rear arm link bracket over an inch so I don't rub the hose or impact the ability to secure that bracket.

That was something I was thinking of too, but you might look at the clearance for the rod to the tubing that travels under the filter. Seems to me that I was concerned about that when I was working on it, a year ago.

That drill and tap method is pretty interesting, didn't think of that. By moving the hanger bracket further out did you have any issues or is there enough play in the pieces to make up for it?

I see where your linkage rubs the top hose, I don't think mine has that clearance issue. I'm going to call a few more shops and see if they've figured out a better solution otherwise I'll drill and tap or cut and weld.

I saw that rub mark when I took the picture, I'll have to address that. I think probably the best fix would be to cut off the tab and re-weld it as you mentioned that way you could have lots of clearance for the tubes and hoses. I was just looking at the parts diagram and appear to be missing a "Plate stopper part #K5763-51300" looks like it is a piece that when the pin is pulled it drops down it hold the mower lift arms from dropping with the 3pth hitch. It would be handy to have the arm immobilized when the mower is off.

I am a little late to this thread but here are some photos from a B7500 with a 54" ground contact mower . I have a good 1/2" between the bracket and the hose . I am not sure why so that's not much help :( , but if I can provide more or better photos let me know and I will upload them .

One thing I see on your brackets the mount for the rod appears to be directly over the grease nipple. I'm sure that on my brackets the rod mount is inboard of that.
