For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to remove the blower assembly off of my 48" mower deck on my 425. I had a bagger on a GX335, which was easy - simply pull a lever, release the tension on the belt, take off the spindle and remove. I just can't figure it out on the 425 and have no owners manual to refer to... anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

To remove blower, first release right front anti-scalping wheel, just rotate it. At right front of mower deck is a buckle type of lever, release this and the bracket should open up. Then take the chute off the blower assembly, and push belt tension lever forward. The pulley assembly should be able to compress to remove belt. Wiggle the blower away from the mower deck. The blower guide pin maybe frozen with rust and may need WD40 and some persuasion.

Good luck,
