Help with SIMS cab for CK20

I was wondering if anyone had put a SIMS cab on their CK-20 HST yet. I just got mine today but there are no pictures to show where things are supposed to connect etc. Does anyone have something they could e-mail me at billam@net1plus.com? I would much appreciate it. I just called SIMS and they are supposed to e-mail me a pictorial but haven't sent it yet. I'm in desperate need. Thanks in advanced.
