Here I am....

This is a picture of me and my school resource officer. He's with the local police department. This pic. is for a project I'm doing in order to graduate from high school. Once I settle down at some point, I want to a reserve officer. It's a whole lot of fun!!!! Went on many ride-alongs. Anyway....that's who I am.

Now maybe next time I can actually get pics. of the backhoes I drive.

I have been a reserve or auxillary officer for many a Dept. I enjoyed the heck out of it. I also applaud any young person for doing this.

Thanks guys, I'm not sure I'll start before I start my own excavation business, that's my first priority, but, next thing on the list is to become a reserve. It's a blast! Later.

Blake, if you get to be a reserve officer, you may find it's so much fun, you'll want to become a full time officer and forget that excavation business./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif But whatever you do, hang in there for a good education first, and good luck.

As a police officer I agree with Bird, there is nothing more important than a good education. Law Enforcement is a tough profession. Maybe not physically, well sometimes, but mentally. I love my job, but think long and hard about going into the profession. I have seen many young adults come and go once they start working shifts. I always wanted to be a heavy equipment operator, follow your true dreams and they won't lead you wrong.

Start your career while you are young, you can always change later if you arent happy
