Here's the TO-35 that my hunt club bought...

Ok, need some urgent help here!!! My club pres just called me and he can't figure out how to get the PTO output shaft seal out. Can anyone tell me how it's done so I can relay it to him? Or maybe even post an exploded view (or email to me) of the PTO output shaft and all it's related parts?? Does this job take any special tools??? Any help would be much appreciated here! Thanks!
