ck30 with 2385 hoe boom swing seems to be scary fast compared to all the other motions. even at low rpm.
if i run the dipper at the same time the speed seems just about right. can this be adjusted some how?

Hope someone has the answer for you- I'm not aware of any adjustments to be made to the hoe hydraulics, but it is possible there are some.

I know the Woods hoes have a flow control for the swing adjustment, I would hope the Kioti does also. If not they are a simple install. CJ

My bh swings fast too buy only at high rpms (2000 +). While operating the backhoe, I run the engine at about 1800. There may flow restrictors you can install but I haven't heard of any adjustments.

I have the same backhoe on my CK30, there is no adjustment for swing speed, it does seem out of proportion fast to the other movements. There are restrictors you can get to put in line with the hoses that should help. There was a thread about 3 years ago here with recommended part numbers and sources, I didn't mark that thread and I can't find it now.

The swing on my KB2375 is very fast too. There is no flow control valve or adjustment as the Woods bh have. You might want to give this company a call I'm sure they will advise what they have that will do the trick for you. They are on the TBN homepage. Surplus Center - Hydraulics, Engines, Electrical and More One of these days, I need to also call them to do the same.

My Rhino brand also swings fast. You learn to live with it, and operate while moving another part of the hoe at the same time. This smooths it out, and typically the motions can be choreographed to not be wasteful motion.

I bet if you try doing something else while swinging it, moving the bucket etc, the swing will slow down!
