Hesston 6400 swather conditioner help

I have a nice old 6400 that is giving me conditioner issues. It wraps, skips and makes horrible noises the bearings are good and I've messed with timing. I'm running steel on rubber and the rubber is worn in the center appx 1/4"

There are several other sites that may help. One is the Combine forum and the other is Hay Talk. Google and they should pop up. Do you have the manual for your unit - if not that would help.

Hesston also has a good help line - made by Massey Fergerson now, so some of thier dealers may be able to help. Have you check the chain drive for tension
