Been checking in here reading and learning for a long time... finally decided to dive in and join ! Bought my JD 4300 almost 20 years ago when I had about 3 acres of lawn (not my idea !) and 500' steep driveway. It was a splurge at the time but it's paid for itself thru the years. Retired now and used it a lot to build new home here on almost 10 acres, heavily wooded, only 450' of driveway - front end snowblower comes in pretty handy here. Just starting to do some heavier duty maintenance on the 4300 at this point - having it delivered to a dealer (1st time) in a few weeks for some repairs I don't think I should try... wish me luck !
