Hey, east central Florida members

Staying in palm coast right now due to a family medical emergency. Traveling between Bunnell and Palatka and see a bunch of little white white birds around grazing cattle. What kind of birds are they and why do they hang with the cattle? They don't seem to hang with horses as much.

We call them cow birds. They eat the insects around cows and cow poop.
