Hey Fordians... can anyone identify the year and model?

They look fixed though, like they would support but not actually lift?

Was meant to say they aren't lift arms.

The older Ford backhoes had fixed pins that sat in those saddles similar to modern subframe backhoes.

But instead of a pin in the top...there was an arm with another hook that swung down on two more fixed pins and tightened with a long threaded rod

You beat me to it. I was going to suggest it may have had a backhoe on it.
