Thanks! We have around 3 acres of ground to mow and objects like trees and 2 houses to mow around so a garden tractor is beneficial for what we have. Got a Stanley 21 horse 2cyl 42 inch deck that was bought a couple years ago and ran pretty good til the key that held the pulley onto the crank shaft busted and now see how cheap the pulley is. So a couple weeks ago got a Cub cadet 27horse 54inch deck with a hydrostatic tranny, this tractor works awesome mowing cuts down the time and has yet to bog down when mowing through too thick of grass, it has a washer system on the deck to hook up a garden hose and run the deck to clean the deck so no more pulling the tractor up on ramps to scrape the deck clean. Still have the stanley but the cub cadet dealer was trying to locate parts for about 2 weeks and are now getting to fixing it. I didn't mind towing objects with the stanley since it was a normal gear driven transmission but skeptical on towing anything with a hydrostatic.
