For any considering buying the HF BHoe/Digger... you may find it much more useable if you plan to modify it a little for ease of mobility (without having to move wheels/axles back and forth all the time), and to enable you to leave the first piece of each front claw permanently in the machine also without it interfering with the tires in front.
I just finished these modifications (except for final touches).
In my opinion without changes similar to these the machine is too much effort to rig up and rig down every time you want to move it around.
Now all I have to do is back up my tractor (which I U-Bolted a hitch to the gannon on) hitch it up and pull it anywhere in the yard I want- or back it up the trailer. With the rear legs&casters I can drop it off the tractor hitch, or leave it hitched up because the legs now prevent downward pressure on the hitch while pushing the front bucket downward.
They should have built it with more mobility at the factory...but it's handled now.
