I just got my most recent semi-weekly flyer from Harbor Freight Tools and I noticed that they now declared themselves "America's Leader of Top Quality Tools". I'll admit "America's Leader", but I seriously doubt "Top Quality".
Regardless of their new motto, I was tempted again by the invitiation to join the Inside Track Club. Has anyone joined that? Is it worth the $15 membership fee?
It seems like if I keep my eye out in the flyers nearly everything in the store goes on some super deep discount eventually, and I've never had a problem getting the stores to honor the flyer prices no matter how old the flyer may be. Are the deals and "extra email savings" enough better than what's in the flyers to justify the cost of membership?
