hi all! new member here and short time owner of 753g with control valve issues. HELP!

Ok, background is purchased 753 last year from city of atlanta water works. Only had 400 hours but sat to 10 yrs with bad battery and flat tire. The shop manager said "lazy sombitches wouldnt air up a tire" so it sat and they used another one alot. After i added a good battery and fixed a flat it fired right up. After using it for a day or two found bad wheel seals on all four wheels so i did bearings while in there, rebuilt 3 cylinders, and leaking spool seals and pinion seals on hydrostatic pump.
Now my newest headache! One side of the aux hydraulics quit on me and checked it with two different attacments like backhoe digger and grapple and only one side works. Same time discovered a leaking control valve so i decided to get spool seals done again and some o rings. Now i just added 4 gallons of oil and the machine wont lift the arms off of the safety support to lower arms. Seems to have down pressure though. Also the tilt will only move about 1"up or down and then seems locked. I loosened the tilt spool lock solenoid and tightened thinking it was in too tight. Still locked. Im 2 weeks behind and need this machine operable a week ago. This could be considered an emergency cause i like to eat and i need to fix without a shop visit, not enough money to pay a stealership. Figured it out, had two solenoids electrical plugged in wrong. Working now but control valve is gushing oil. These can be aggregating
