3 pt leaking down is either piston seal or control valve. To check piston seal remove right side cover (some oil will escape) With side cover removed lift 3 pt arms and turn off tractor. You can see thru side cover hole if oil is leaking by piston seal. That tak sound you hear is relief valve during constant pumping.
