I've been here a few months now and finally got over my shyness to introduce myself. This site is just awesome and draws my attention from the machining & reloading forums, tho' I'll keep an eye out for topics that relate to those other interests. I'm 6yrs retired with 40+ yrs experience wrenching just about everything but airplanes and snowmobiles.
I'm here to share more than ask, and have made friends already with some who are new to the machines I'm familiar with. (avg 10 yrs with my tractors) I have a machine shop at home for fun in the off months (mills, lathes) and no need to make $$ to support them. Sure hope I can be of help once in a while with opinions and some hands-on for anybody close by.
Whether this is an introduction or a warning is up to how well I fit in, but you folks are great and I'm sure glad to be here. Thanks for lettin' me in!
