I have been reading and posting for a month or so on TBN, so I suppose it would be polite of me to introduce myself. My wife and I live a bit south of the town in rural Thurston County. I have been a tractor owner for over 35 years, up until a couple of years ago we had a 1948 8N Ford. As I am getting older and not as spray or fond of staring bits and pieces of myself I upgraded my ride year before last to a brand new Massey Ferguson 1734E. I also have a new this year X324 John Deere mower, my previous JD 175 mower having given up the ghost last fall after around 25 years of service.
I just retired (September 1) from Washington State DOT , my forum name reflects my career as a photogrammetrist, I made maps and map accurate photos (orthophoto mosaics).
I have enjoyed reading and answering a few posts and look forward to having a bit more time for it in the future, time allowing in consideration of my better half's honey-do list.
