Hi Just signed up Ive owned my B3E excavator for about 5 years

Does anyone know the size of the wrist pins on the 84 and 88 mm bore pistons the stroke on both are the same have to re-ring and wondering about boring out to fit the larger pistons any Ideas would help thanks from Rob located in western canada my B3E has been one heck of a machine

I was looking at a used Yanmar B3 mini-X. I would love one.

As for rebuilding Yanmar diesels, usually the factory offers 2 oversize pistons, but nowhere near the
4mm overbore that you want. I doubt there is enough thickness to the cylinder walls to allow that much
material removal.

The last JD tractor engine I rebuilt, only one O/S piston was for sale. That was a Yannie 3TN84RJ engine.
