Hinomoto C174 gear are slower than usual

The speed of my tractor is now really slow.
The 3rd gear speed is the same as the first when it was working well. Now the first and back gear are super slow,
Does anyone has this kind of problem before ?

Probably just a bad clutch that is slipping and needs to be replaced.

What happens under load? Like pulling something? Does it still move or just stops?
