Buying Advice Hinomoto C174 with FEL.....slow FEL op

Hi all

I can get a well priced C174 with FEL, has bucket, forks and slasher on rear, seller has told me the FEL goes up and down but is slow.

Seller used it for mowing close too fences that big tractor was too difficult to use near it is said.

If all else runs ok, is this likely to be a big problem ?

This ones gone.....but what is the go if they are slow.....filters or can it be very serious ?
