Hello to all, I just got a Hinomoto e2002 tractor. The 3pt hitch works (it goes up and down) . My problem is when you pull up on the lever to raise the lift and you let go of the lever the lever goes back down like it has a spring on it and so the lift goes back down. I can hold the lever and the lift will stay where you want it. But as soon as you let go of the lever It goes gown. I changed the fluid and filter no help, I have tried to bleed the system to the best of my ability no help. I don't know what to do at this point to try.
